2nd time I bought macarons... the 1st time they were completely hard... and again... I take them out of the refrigerator 15 minutes before eating them... they are inedible... disappointed I won't won't come back

Hello, I came and I came across the saleswoman who is a redhead, and friendliness is not her first quality which is a shame especially during the holiday season, there's no need to be bitter like that with customers , I won't stop shopping if she will be there

The welcome from the manager Audrey is great, always with a smile, however I came to drop off a CV and I was talking with the manager and the saleswoman cuts off the manager and gets involved in the conversation, we found ourselves stupid but I continue to come again this morning and a great welcome again thank you Audrey

It is really a shame that each person does not know how to stay in their place as a salesperson and not as a manager because when you submit a CV and it is the salesperson who asks you a lot of questions while the manager cannot place one. I find that a bit limiting In any case Audrey is a super kind manager who listens and is available, it's so rare to come across people like that

I have just been the victim of a sales refusal. I think I will be able to do my chocolate shopping this Wednesday afternoon. On Google and the Réauté website, the store remains open at lunchtime. I arrive in front of the store and there is my surprise when I see the store closed. I call on the phone, they answer me and tell me I’m coming! So someone from the store comes and tells me the store is closed! I kindly ask if I can make my purchases since the store is normally open! And that’s a resounding no! I am banned from entering and refused to sell!!!! Obviously this store doesn't need money to survive!
