From good grains to good bread and all this with organic ingredients, it's a bakery that we would like more of. Special mention to the Provençal bread, it’s a favorite.

Finally a baker who makes gluten-free bread in the N/E region; the only one to my knowledge. The rice/chestnut bread is very good; I will recommend it. The boss is friendly and gives explanations;
