In the morning at 8:00 a.m. don't plan on having croissants or pain au chocolat...they are still in the oven!!! Come back in 30 minutes.

Two flutes today. From time to time some raisin breads, croissants. Sometimes a merengue. Thank you for your service in our vacation already three years.

In the morning I treat myself with the “household” baguette. It is well cooked, very crispy and has great flavor. The “twisted” or “crown” has a nice crust and an airy crumb. These breads will keep for several days without having the taste or texture of stale bread. The pastry is good and generous. In my opinion it is the best bakery around. Besides, you just have to see the queue at certain times and on certain days. It is the best advertisement to recognize the excellent work of Frédéric LAFFONT.
