Glad this eastern neighborhood bakery was taken over! Since the layout it seems larger and offers a multitude of choices. At first I was disappointed with the croissants but I think the pastry chef has improved his technique because they are now perfect, the sandwiches are very good with a vegetarian choice and different bread (traditional bread, pita bread, taco style bread) in short the pastries are delicious. A pleasure to be able to eat oriental biscuits from time to time that you can't find anywhere else. All this accompanied by a wonderful welcome

The pastries and bread have been catastrophic since the establishment took over. What a shame not to choose quality for a village bakery like this!!

Frankly disappointed 😞 change of owner, we feel it in the quality, the technicality, the passion and the love of bread dough! customer since 1987 I have never felt such incompetence. Kind regards, long live Fleury sur Orne!

Fleurysienne, I wanted to give the new owners of the bakery a chance, big disappointment every time! The croissants seemed stale and hard, not buttery.. The pastries not good.. just the apple turnover was good.. They offer semolina bread, I had one the first time and it was very good. On my third and final visit, no change in the products except for the semolina breads which were burnt, blackened below and above... I still took one to see, inedible! How can we even offer this for sale? I really miss the old owners and won't go back until things have changed..

Recent change of ownership. Unfortunately a slightly disappointing change, the sandwiches are not very good and in my eyes expensive for the size of them. The bread remains good and similar to what was there before. The pastries also seem to be the same as before, so it could be that the baker/pastry chef hasn't changed. I only had one sandwich so I'm happy to give an opinion on that. The bread was good, the salad and fresh tomatoes, but the chicken doesn't seem to me to be of good quality, it looked like kebab meat... No trace of curry in a curry sandwich, which is a shame. Opening of the bakery in mid-November if I'm not mistaken, still no display with prices everywhere (I must have counted four or five no more...), the seller seemed lost but was pleasant. It’s surely time to get your bearings!
