I have already tried the pastries, excellent! The bread is not as good...

I discovered this bakery in the pretty village of Pisany. Friendly welcome. The thin apple tart is excellent as well as the traditional baguette. Many thanks for making the pie last minute. I really recommend

I discovered this village bakery. I ask which pastries are “homemade”. Sylvie tells me that chocolatines and croissants are not suitable because customers prefer industrial ones. I let myself be tempted by a Viennese with chocolate chips and raisin bread. I enjoyed both of these products.

Purchase of a Paris Brest for 6 people which turns out to be frozen... Obviously they just warn us not to put it in the fridge if it's for lunch but they don't tell us that the pastry is frozen! A shame, afterwards you will complain that people are going to buy at the supermarket! But at least we know what we're going to eat... When we go to a bakery/pastry shop we want to have quality and not frozen stuff, not to mention the choux pastry which doesn't hold up well to freezing and which it becomes tasteless and the mousseline cream which is not one! The cream is dense, so much so that it fits in the hand and comes away from the choux pastry, something impossible with a REAL Paris-Brest, the addition of whole hazelnuts in the base doesn't add anything either!
