Excellent pie. Past Friday December 30. I was leaving my doctor's office, nearby. The person who served me didn't want to believe that my doctor wasn't wearing a mask and neither was I...She knew better than me! I don't know if I'm going to come back to it, make myself out to be a liar, I have to do it. Not made to sell, but must take care of itself!!!

Briviste by birth, grandson of a baker, I have lived in Provence for 42 years. I come to Brive every month for a few days and I always leave with a big country pie. During all these years, several bakers have succeeded one another but they have had the intelligence to maintain the same practices. For me the best bread I could find, after my grandfather's!😇
