The young lady who served me was very professional and friendly. Unfortunately the boss was very unhelpful. I mistakenly bought a sandwich that I thought was vegetarian (chèvre miel). I paid and left to park elsewhere to eat it. I bit into it to find that it was full of lardons. I returned to get my money back or an alternative but the boss woman refused either because I had taken a small bite out of it. I therefore went without lunch yesterday. She told me that the composition of the sandwich was there to see but I hadn’t seen it. I class this as bad customer service considering I made an innocent mistake and therefore went without food.

We came at the start of the week for a snack which we ate there. The person who served us was smiling and kind. We found it a shame that the tables were not cleaned. We ordered cakes (good) and drinks (not cold) and this is not the first time. In addition, we were bothered by the fairly repetitive barking of a dog whose client was also in the tea room.

The bag costs 0.20 cents, we let the customer load it, without saying goodbye. It is not the first time. ...Larousse. And I asked for a croissant, I hate pain au chocolat.
