Excellent biscuits that we tasted in summer during a cycling stopover. Small shop, artisanal cookies and friendly employees.

A family biscuit factory in a pretty, typical Balagne village makes these succulent cuggiulleles. There are several flavors to please everyone. These crunchy little biscuits make excellent tiramisus or charlottes or accompany coffee. Tasting on site in the morning.

Visit to a beautiful village in a mountain setting among green and fragrant vegetation with the intention of purchasing Zilia biscuits which have a very good reputation for the quality of these biscuits which I have been able to taste many times during my stays in Corsica. Very warm welcome from a pretty young woman, very smiling and very professional in her field. Purchase of various flavors of biscuits to enjoy with a little coffee for yourself and also to give as a gift to promote "the good biscuits of Zilia". We find some other local artisanal products there such as olive oil, various honeys, various jams, excellent soaps. Having purchased a variety of good products after tasting at the small shop adjoining the biscuit manufacturing company, at any time I will delight my taste buds and see the benefits of quality soaps. I recommend these good biscuits with a very friendly welcome.

Excellent dry biscuits, made according to tradition and above all without preservatives!!! Different varieties, the chestnut ones are delicious. Presence of white wine in the recipe. Alone or to accompany your coffee/tea, you will enjoy it.

Back from vacation, a friend gave me Zilia biscuits which I enjoyed to accompany the little coffee and not only that! With a little rosé as an aperitif, it goes very well ;-)
