If we really appreciate pastry, what can we say about bread??? This Wednesday, May 1st, I think I caused a sensation when I was invited to lunch and I came to buy 2 baguettes: one defrosted....and not cooked enough.. with a compact crumb... ditto for the second which was stale. What a desappointment !! Other Balmese bakeries offer BETTER bread. . To meditate

I'm sorry, but I find this bakery increasingly bad, both in terms of pastries and marshmallow bears, which unfortunately taste old. However, no commercial offer proposal, type 3 bought, one free, it's a shame.
