This is the third time I've come and I'm almost attacked by one of the saleswomen even though I'm more than courteous. I will never come back here again, too bad given the location.

AVOID - False advertising on promotions. Last Friday around 3:30 p.m., seeing a Weekend Deal poster, I bought a lemon meringue tart at a reduced price from €14.95 to €10.95. I don't realize right away that I paid the non-reduced price, but come back a few minutes later to ask for a correction. The employee gives us a whole spiel, refuses to take back the product and even refuses a commercial gesture. The manager is absent, on vacation... in any case unreachable. I end up leaving my contact details and they promise to call me back the next day. I didn't receive any calls. This is how we treat customers at Louise... 😡😡😡

Hello, I go every morning to the bakery at the St Pair casino store and unfortunately we often have to wait until 9 a.m. for the store to open when the opening hours are 8:30 a.m.? And when we ask why we have to wait 30 minutes we are told I open according to my mood today it's 9 o'clock, too bad to lose customers because of that. On the other hand, the oldest and super nice lady, opens on time and always has a kind word.

Very clean bakery, which opens on time. Very pleasant, warm staff who recognize their customers and their little habits...always a pleasant little word that puts you in a good mood for the day! efficient team (very little waiting). The little pleasure of the morning...
