I am satisfied with this bakery, especially the very pleasant staff who listen to the customer. However, before criticizing this establishment which for my part is impeccable both in terms of quality and price, I have known establishments which supplied brioche and pastries. ...hot all day but it was simply defrosted in the microwave, look for the mistake so if at Zimmer you can no longer find pastries at 10 a.m. it is due to the success of its quality
