You have to get used to the special schedules in the provinces (it has its charm), but the wait to obtain exquisite bunyettes is rewarded when you taste them: the orange blossom water, the crispness, the lightness. .. It's a delight. And the lady who welcomes you is very friendly and helpful. An essential address.

More than fifteen years since I went there and frankly still as good!! The bread like the bougnettes, nothing to complain about!! The shop doesn't change, it's authentic, not a chain of pseudo bakeries with disgusting bread.

So it’s an address in Perpignan but still very expensive. I paid 14€ for a ham and cheese fougasse and it was really thin and very fatty (2 cm thick) I will not repeat the experience. Good luck to them

Don't know what everyone's moaning about. This shop sells an array of delicious and unusual pastries. The lady was perfectly friendly with us and tolerated our terrible French. Five stars!
