It is a traditional bakery with a wide variety. Very good kougelhops. The breads are good but would benefit from taking inspiration from other bakeries which introduce different flours and ingredients. And above all the staff is extremely friendly

Well, we see they do have some knowledge of bakery and pastry but it really lacks the attention to details that allows the product to be considered finished. The pastries for example are grey, not looking very appetising. Usually this means there is not enough vapour in the oven, and that also explains the dough that dries quickly (or is even already dry when being sold). It doesn't take too much work to see what is wrong and correct this so hopefully those bakers will try to improve on their creations. But for the moment, I will ship in other bakeries.
