Two strong points: the dough and the topping :) The pizzas are generous, tasty, it's a Saturday appointment! Cooking over a wood fire, local ingredients, the quality is there.

Imperial, simply imperial! The andouillette is excellent and goes perfectly well with onions and white wine! The mustard that spices it all up, and finally the county! At first I was skeptical about the cream base, but I have to admit it matches this pizza perfectly!

A great discovery! It’s so nice to eat these pizzas! I'm normally complicated with health problems, digestion and fat... and with these pizzas I had no problem! What happiness! And my favorites were those with salmon and epoisse 😍 a real delight! Thanks to him I discovered sourdough bread and it’s so much better to eat good fresh bread! Thank you so much ! I highly recommend!! 😁
