Galette des rois tested today. The puff pastry is very successful: very flaky, extremely light and still crispy even though I bought it in the evening. For me it lacks a little frangipane, which is also a little sweet (but my son liked it) but not loaded with cream so not cloying.

Excellent bakery and pastry shop. Very close to an exit from the A10, we stop there for the delicious salted butter caramel pancake, a specialty not found elsewhere. The sandwiches are made with very good products. I highly recommend
