I don't understand that there is often only one person to serve. Again this morning 11 people in front of me. The poor waitress in addition to being behind alone serving. The orders. !!!!Yet in Cavaillon 2 Marie Blachère and 1 plans from Orgon that I know well. Almost no wait. In terms of baguette cooking. Not often the choice where burnt or white. Very good service. Among other things, we bought chouquettes but were made aware that a fresh batch was coming out of the oven in a few minutes. Whether we wanted to wait for it because they actually didn't want to sell the old ones anymore, while they were also quite tasty, we were allowed to taste. Waited few minutes and we even got coffee.
