Too bad you use vegetable oil and not margarine in the pastry. Even if it means SLIGHTLY increasing the price to have a better quality product.

Pastries purchased from a merchant on the Place Monge market and we were not disappointed! The pastries are quite diverse, and all are really excellent, absolutely not dry! The package weighed 500 grams for 14 pastries, all for around €15, which remains reasonable considering the quality of the products. Certainly even better when bought fresh from the parent company.
