Something surprises me: the average length of a traditional baguette is, in France, 60cm. Why are the ones I buy here, and which I have measured several times, 45? It may seem laughable, but 25% less means a profit that amounts to the same amount for the baker. This is not very honest, and above all very disappointing: there is therefore no quality bakery in Vitry...

Installed in the city center of Vitry-sur-Seine for 1 year and new vitriote, I selected my merchants. This charming bakery with a friendly welcome, available and kind staff is the one that brings me back to true values, quality and taste. I love it 🤩 The baguette is divine, the pastries are exquisite: shortbread, puff pastry, and so on... The pudding is surprising, the brownie also the Norman pie, let's not talk about it... Thanks to the boss that I particularly appreciate, the boss and the pastry chef, bravo, all my encouragement, continue to make us happy. Thank you 💯🙏
