Really good bread but on the expensive side. The muffins are waaay too sweet but have a nice texture (as a muffin connoisseur). I grew up in North America and like my allongée with extra water. When I asked to make it, the younger girl was happy to, but the older woman acted like it was the most disgusting thing ever and made me explain why I asked for that. Maybe it’s not necessary to judge your customer’s orders? Note to self: order coffee anywhere but here.
