I've been buying from this bakery for over two years and I don't understand these negative reviews, I don't think I've ever been disappointed with the customer service or the products sold. Being in high school, the prices can be considered high, but it remains affordable and very good!

I asked for paper to protect the chopsticks and the saleswoman openly made fun of me! I quote: “come on a little paper for the little baguettes!!! » in a casual and haughty tone. I have a lot of humor but there!!! Tell your little saleswoman that that will mean one less customer!

I choose to have a goat cheese croque monsieur. I open it once in my car and notice that there is Ham, I'm a vegetarian I'm not going to eat it. I go back to the store to ask for a change and above all to say that when you indicate an ingredient in the product, you must list them all. In other words display “croque mr ham goat”. The saleswoman refuses to change, telling me that she cannot take the croque again. I understand that she cannot put it back on sale but if she wants and understands the error she could take it back and keep it unsold rather than making any commercial gesture and having it end up in the trash. In short, one star because you can't do less and the cookie wasn't too bad.
