5 stars for the individual Basque cakes: cherry and cream. Over a week, we made a classification as a family after tasting all the Basque cakes in the Socoa district (4 establishments). 1001 flavors ranked 1st in both categories: homogeneous dough, generous filling, not cloying in sugar in particular.

Bakers who work hard to ensure that the bread is always fresh, a discovery one day with a wonderful croissant and today I tried the galette des rois with frangipane and it is one of the best ever eaten. A massacre! A perfect puff pastry, a perfectly balanced filling. A delight.

Honestly, I wanted to go to the bakery across the street because it was very good. no more croissants so I bought them there. Big disappointment for my daughters and me. They are better at Leclerc or Lidl,
