Pastries to review, croissant and pain au chocolat, too small, lack of shine, croissants with butter not really the taste of butter but more like margarine, eclairs with chocolate and coffee melting on the éclairs and lack of shine on the fondant being a former pastry baker I know what I'm talking about, other bakeries and pastries are much better in Palaiseau this bakery I don't recommend it

Since the departure of certain employees the atmosphere has become pleasant, served with a smile always with words of courtesy, it's literally a change from before and it's very pleasant. Phew, it was time for a change. For bread, cakes etc it's good The Easter dark chocolate wasn't very tasty.

I ordered a birthday cake after discussing the choice and size and the result was more than satisfactory. Superb cake which was very appreciated by our guests. The welcome is pleasant and smiling, I recommend this bakery!

I work right next door at the delicatessen, Blas bakery is really a very good bakery, pastries and bread are really excellent. I highly recommend the pastries which are all excellent, special mention for their praline brioche and their chocolate snail puff pastry which is a treat. The salty one is really very appetizing too. Lots of choice never disappointed. Very friendly employees and boss.

Very good bakery which offers particularly pretty products as well as being good. The only downside so far: the Rocher à la hazelnut was a bit too sweet.
