A hair & an eyelash accompanying the chocolate éclair, this is not the first time in this bakery where hygiene apparently leaves something to be desired and is not one of the shop's requirements.

One of my favorite bakeries in Auxerre. Very good bread even if there has been a slight decline in recent weeks with the baguette holding up less well and drier. Excellent welcome. Own. I particularly recommend the birthday cakes which are excellent. Pretty good pastries and pastries too. Price conceivable.

Even today I just bought a small individual frangipane pancake for €3.90 and no beans in it (not very nice for single people or those who collect) while the 6 person pancake which ultimately x6 comes to €24 and it there is a bean in it, it is not logical because it seems to me that it is included in the price!!!

I ordered a Paris Brest and a Saint Honoré in November, the Paris Brest generous gourmand cream not cloying, and the St Honoré excellent light cream with little extra choux buns. And an excellent nougatine. Perfect presentation and very good welcome. And 4.50 per share, nothing to complain about.
